Bahnhof in Basel

Arrival

The Hotel Rheinfelderhof in Basel is very easy to reach.

Only 3 minutes from the city highway and yet in central Basel.
The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Just leave the car at the hotel.
The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the Basel Trade Fair!

Arriving by car

  • We are right at the motorway exit "Basel Badischer Bahnhof".
  • Leave the A3 at the exit "Basel Badischer Bahnhof" and continue in the direction of Lörrach / Riehen.
  • After about 250 m, turn left into Riehenstrasse.
  • Drive straight for about 700m through the roundabout into Hammerstrasse.
  • After a few meters you will find our Hotel Rheinfelderhof on the left side.

Arrival by train

  • SBB Bahnhof railway station:
  • Take Tram No. 1 or No. 2 in the direction of "Badischer Bahnhof / Eglisee".
  • Get off at the "Messeplatz" stop and walk for about 2 minutes to Clarastrasse.
  • Badischer Bahnhof train station:
  • Take Tram No. 6 in the direction of "Allschwil".
  • Get off at tram station "Clarastrasse".

Arriving by plane

  • From the airport, take the number 50 bus to the SBB Bahnhof train station.
  • At SBB Bahnhof train station, change to Tram No. 1 or No. 2 in the direction of "Badischer Bahnhof / Eglisee".
  • Get off at the "Messeplatz" stop and walk for approximately 2 minutes to Clarastrasse.
